I am counting down the days for the CNY celebration. I have no mood to work.
But I have gone down to chinatown today. Actually the crowd was not as much as I have expected. There is so much CNY feel in the air, but I feel that a trip of two might be enuff for this season. Otherwise it might get too boring. But with my shopping skill, there is no way I will leave without buying anything. I bought a packet of Taiwanese candy called 'Mua Chee'. There are all sorts of flavors and I have bought 300grams worth of 'Mua Chee' It makes a very good snack cause not very sweet and it is SOFT n CHEWY. 'Yummy Yummy'.
Just a I was about to leave the town, a t shirt caught my eye and it is only $10. But my fren bought it for me as a gift. SOOOO NICE !! *MUACKS* Finally I got the shirt that I always wanted and at a cheap cheap price as a gift, Woo Hoo!! What can I say but Thank God.
Today I visited an Indian Temple also. There are so many different faces of idols in the temple with weird features. But the temple is very nicely caved and coloured. We had to remove out shoes before entering the temple but I feel that the floors are not clean also leh. Haha .. maybe it is a form of respect to their gods. I have always thought that there are many different indian gods with various duties, but came to learn that in fact they have only one god but separated to different features. That is called trinity. OOOOHHH!! Feel so cultured. But we left very quickly cause I was feeling very uncomfortable with the chanting and rituals that were going on at that time. I also thought that it is stoopid and Ka PO to visit the temple but in fact many young singaporeans also are visiting the place.
Cool!!
But I have peace in the God whom I loved and trust for He is the Way, the Truth and the Light.
