Update

I will be doing my final internship in the beginning of this september. Yes, similar to the last internship, I will have to go on another 3 mths of unpaid leave.
I will be looking forward for the 3 mths because it is going to be a new environment and it seems to be the start of another part of my life. But not looking forward for the fact that it is going to be on UNPAID LEAVE. I will have to adjust to the non shopperholic attitude and craving for that 3 mths. Yes, I will wind and complain. My friends who love me, I believe they will be able to try to identify with my situation, but they will know that I will be able to perserve. Although my perservance level is high, I would love to receive encouragement and love from people who are dear to me, because my life does not depend on my own to move on.

And then I will be graduting next year, FINALLY!
I will be a social worker. People ask me where to be a social worker. Seriously I have no idea where am I going to be a social worker. I have been slightly critical about my profession recently because of the module tat I am studying on. It makes me think deep and more. Most of the time it expands my thoughts by asking more questions to a situation or person. Let me ask u all who are reading my entry now- "How many times do you ask yourself why are you doing wat you are doing and why?"
Some of you might be afraid to ask yourself this question because you might not want to know the actual intention behind your action. I believe many of you know this statement- Action speaks louder than words. Similarly what you do reflects on yourself and how you might like ur frens or potential frens to believe about who you are.
I am sharing this because it has been a tiring period of the years past as I am learning about the profession in social work. In social work, rationalisation of a decision is important because it will affect the psychological, physical, financial and emotional status of our clients. Majority of our clients are the lower educated, however we should not leave out the educated ones too. Whether if our clients are the rich and mighty or poor and lowly, everyone should be given the appropriate tender and professional care in their lives. I realised that the CLIENTS and PROBLEMS that I will be working with will be different from other professions. If any of you ever have the perception that you do not need education and knowledge and training to become a social worker. Then I would like to challenge you to approach a family service centre or MCYS to ask to become a social worker. Let me know when you have been offered the role k ! I have no intention to be sacaratic, but with my learning I would like to share with you, how my thoughts and feelings for social work has changed and grown.

Oh dear my eyes are falling down on me!
Yes This month is my birthday.
Happy Birthday to me soon !
