Always be Ready !!!

This week every staff in the hospital is busy and prepared. Preparing for the big audition, JCI. Wat on earth is this crap... ? Hee Hee, it is called Joint Commission International. Meaning- A standard expectation for patient safety and professional's performance in hospital across the board. The standard is very strict, they pick on every processes and professional job description. Seems like going for a battle. HaHa.Supervisior and other MSWs are so geared up for this mission. STRESS AH....!!!! nobody wants to fail the hospital.

Social work has always been my passion.... I hope and pray for perservance so that God can mould my character in this field.
I am reminded by my collegue:
"Joseph is only an assistant and slave, but he chose to be the BEST slave and assistant. It speaks a lot of our attitude towards our work, and people treasure these qualities. We may tell ourselves: Aiyah it is only an assistant, but the truth is that God sees our heart and those who have been given more will be expected more. God gives and take away. Therefore if we do not treasure what is given to us, God can choose someone else to do his work." Ask myself, why does God has to choose me ?

Think about it
